Terrain	First half,of course very hilly, with long uphills. Second half mainly flat.
Surface	90 0f the route is on a narrow country road, designated as a cycle route. 1st mile is on a proper B road. There was almost no traffic when I was measuring, other than the 1st mile.
Configuration	One loop anti-clockwise.
Section of Road	1st mile runners are on the lhs of the road. After that,all of the narrow road is available to them.
