Configuration Two anti-clockwise loops. The first is approximately 4 miles and includes a U turn.The second loop is approximately 4 miles 
Section of Road There are two sections where runners must keep left because it is on roads open to traffic. This will be about one mile in total. There is a pavement section of just over 100 Yards runners must use to keep off the road.For the remainder the runners take t
