| Terrain | Very flat along the cycle path, quite undulating when on the country lanes. One notable incline between 5K and 6K. |

| Configuration | Single lap anti-clockwise from 1K back to 9K. First k and last K same route. |
| Section of Road | All of the cycle path is available. There are no pavements on the country lanes. A little bit of the route on Dipple road has a pavement but road runs in a straight line so no advantage to using the pavement. |
| Right Turns | Only 2 right hand turns on the course, both allowing access to the cycle path, one going out and one coming back. Both turns were measured using the shortest possible route. |
