Surface Mainly road and pavement with approximately one mile on well mowed grass and about two miles on stoney path.It is held in a coastal village and on quiet country roads and paths. 
Configuration It starts with 223 yards from start line to get to the finish line and then does four laps. The lap is broken down to a loop that comes back to the start line and heads in the opposite direction for an out and back turn.  
Section of Road Runners are required to run on pavements where they exist. This applies each time the route uses the A841. At other times runners will share the road with vehicles. 
Right Turns Runners to take the shortest route at right turns. That is keep to the right side of the road.
