Terrain Very flat with only slight undulations. Overall fall from Start to Finish is 36m 15m greater than that permissible under AIMS/IAAF Rules 
Surface Good quality tarmaced roads throughout. Only a short section of uneven ground near the Start, and a short section over grass at the finish this should be covered over on Race Day.
