Surface Tarmac roads and country lanes with start and finish on grass at Dalton Cricket Club 
Configuration Anticlockwise lap, finishing with almost a complete lap of the cricket pitch 
Section of Road Runners instructed to keep left where there are white lines and able to use the full width where there are no white lines. The use of the pavement on Abbey Road is encouraged. 
Right Turns Right turns at near to the start onto Ulverston Road full width and then from Tudor Square LHS of road only onto Market Street will be policed on the night of the race.
