Surface Startng Finishing on Running Track. On good quality tarmacked roads and running track, but some rough sections round the warm-up track, and speed humps to negotiate.  
Configuration Outward starting leg from Monkton Track via Dene Terrace onto two anticlockwise circuits of York Avenue and Return leg as Outward.

Comments This was an independent check measurement, in addition see attached narrative of previous measurement. Almost complete traffic free during measurement, running line measured with confidence. Note that from Ref Pt A to B on the outward leg along the sinuou
