Terrain	Flat starting within a fishing lakes complex and then heading around country lanes and wooded area until heading back into the fishing complex.
Surface	Mainly tarmac roads and paths and firm compact gravel in places.
Configuration	Starts with approx. 1k on the fishing complex. Then a 5k out and back on country lanes before 3.5 km around the wooded area and finishing back in the fishing complex
Section of Road	All roads and pavements included to the edge of the boundary of the highway During the out and back runners are to stay to the left of the road. This should be added to the race brief
Right Turns	The line to be taken at right hand turns.The SPR route throughout the course.
