Configuration Start on athletic track before turning left into Millom and left again before a CW loop around Lonsdale Rd and Devonshire Rd. Then over railway bridge and ACWloop via Haverigg, turning R on Devonshire Rd and back via Market St. Return to Millom Hub and f 
Section of Road Almost entirely on footpaths where available. Left hand side of road to Haverigg and full width of country lanes back to Millom. All road crossings will be marshalled. 
Right Turns Shortest possible line to next pavement.
