Configuration	The route is two large anti-clockwise laps with a short out and back to Gateshead Stadium.
Section of Road	All roads are closed. Runners must stay on the right hand side of the road everywhere with the central white line as the limitation of the course. No pavements can be used.
Right Turns	There are numerous right hand turns with specific restrictions, see separate sheet for guidance.
