Surface Country lanes, footpaths and industrial estate roads 
Configuration Lollipop with clockwise loop and then back via Cross Lane and Lonsdale Road, finishing with an out and back to Canal Foot before returning to finish in front of GSK sports pavilion. 
Section of Road Runners instructed to keep left on narrow lanes with blind corners, specific footpaths are allowed and it is assumed that runners will go across the middle of the roundabout in both directions. 
Right Turns Runners instructed to keep left until specified safe crossing points.
