Section of Road a Full width of the road is available to the runners except for Shardlow Road, Weston Road/Main Street/Swarkestone Road where runners are only allowed up to the white line. 
Right Turns The shortest line can be taken except for the right turning from Aston Hall Drive and onto the track not permitted to cut the grassed corner, and the left turning from Willow Park Way onto Weston Road where the tarmaced path must be followed and again the
