Terrain A single anti-clockwise lap, with gentle undulations 
Surface Generally good Tarmaced surfaces, but a long stretch on poor quality Tracks. from 4-5k. worst of the pit-falls have subsequently been filled in. 
Configuration single anticlockwise lap, with a Turnaround Point 6.45k to make up the mandatorydistance. See Route Map 
Section of Road The route measured was predominantly left-hand turns but assumed that the runnerswould keep to the left-hand side of the Road particularly on the sinuous outward legfrom the Town Centre.

Comments Note Marshals or Barrier Tape will need to be used to adhere to the measured line alongthe Footpath as the Runners will tend to follow the Highway
