Surface The course is all tarmac using the inside paths of the local park. The course is a 1 lap anti clockwise and point to point with both left and right hand turns and one short uphill section.  
Configuration 20 laps for the 20 mile 10 laps for 10 miles 
Section of Road The full width of the paths is available to runners and the measurement has been taken using the shortest possible route available. NB. The paths are not closed paths as it is a public park. There are several opportunities for short cutting some corners 
Right Turns There are several opportunities for short cutting some corners so the race director has agreed to barrier / marshal these corners.
