Terrain A mildly undulating course with a climb and descent 
Surface All surfaces are sealed, including roads, bus only lane and footpaths used in park and town centre.  
Configuration A single lap in an anti-clockwise direction. There is a 270 metre spur between 2km and 3 km.  
Section of Road All roads closed on the day. Runners use full width of road and footpaths. NB. Buses only lane a single carriageway where no vehicles except buses are allowed to travel.  
Right Turns At all corners and bends shortest line taken 
Comments This course is run ain the other direction from that used up to 2023. The measurer Terry CardyWise has confirmed that this is possible and the distance is not affected.
