Surface All on main B roads or country lanes. Finish in tarmac car park of rugby club 
Configuration Consists of a single lap with a few 100 metres of overlapping between start and finish points 
Section of Road On the main B roads, the runners keep to the left of the carriageway. In the country lanes use full width of road. 
Right Turns Shortest line taken except on B road where it is up to the centre line. 
Comments Prior to entering rugby club for finish runners go against flow of road for approx 100 metres. All roads are closed on evening of race.
