Terrain Mostly flat, with slight climbs and descents. Highest point is at start/finish area. 
Surface Smooth asphalt cycle track. 
Configuration Loop of 1000m on one side of cycle track. Extended to 1250m. Multi lap. Four wide radius bends. Two U turning points with 1m radius on each course. Walk clockwise or anticlockwise. 
Section of Road Half width of track. Centre line must be marked fully and clearly on the three bends. The centre line used is exactly 3m from the eastern edge of the track.
