Terrain Undulating with challenging hills 
Surface Entirely on carriageway with start and finish on the livestock market service road. 
Configuration Large anti clockwise loop with start and finish at the same place. Just after the start there is an out and back section with cones separating the runners. 
Section of Road Runners use the nearside first metre of carriageway next to the side of the road. Runners may use full width of service road at the start and the left hand side of the carriageway along country lanes. 
Right Turns Runners take right turns as a cyclist would, by keeping to the left of the centre line
