| Surface | Mostly tarmac roads, cycle paths and footpaths. Pedestrian area through the town centre and a short area of compressed stone with gravel on old railway line. Final 0.75 mile is on trails through woodland at the back of the park, finish on grass. |
| Configuration | Figure of 8 with north section out to the Racecourse and south section down to the Brackmills Industrial Estate, then to Great Houghton Village, back through Brackmills then into Delapre Park |
| Section of Road | All roads will be closed to traffic for this event so the full width was used for measurement. A central line was taken on most of the long straight areas, turns were the shortest line. |
| Right Turns | Only one major right turn round a roundabout - the runners to be guided all the way round the roundabout, no short cuts allowed. |
| Comments | This remeasure is due to major road works in the town centre. Certificate 15/329 from 2015 is still valid for use in future years as an alternative course |
