|Configuration||One short anticlockwise loop followed by a half of an anticlockwise loop which leads to a long out and back stretch and the completion of the loop.|
|Section of Road||Runners are to use the left hand side of the road. Pavements are not to be used. The out and back stretch is on a closed road.|
|Right Turns||The only right hand turn onto the out and back stretch follows traffic practice from the left hand lane onto the left hand lane. In Cranford village there is a turn in a cul-de-sac onto the final public footpath. The shortest route through this cul-de-s|
|Comments||Runners will need to be aware of traffic approaching from behind on the narrow lanes and open minor roads.|
