Surface All paved roads and footpaths except a short section of farm track of 280 metres after the 1km point and the final 435 metres on a grass field. 
Configuration One short anticlockwise loop followed by a final anticlockwise loop 
Section of Road Runners are to use the left hand side of the road. Pavements are not to be used. 
Right Turns The only right hand turn is in a village cul-de-sac onto the final public footpath. The shortest route through this cul-de-sac to the turn has been measured. 
Comments Runners will need to be aware of traffic approaching from behind on the narrow lanes and open minor roads.
