Surface Start in Orston on tarmac country lanes to Flawborough, turning down a farm track which is unmade for 1.701km. Rejoins tarmac lanes at Shelton to finish at primary school gate in Orston. 
Configuration Single anticlockwise course starting just 122m from the finish. 
Section of Road Roads will not be closed to traffic and runners will be limited to the LHS of the road. No shortcuts allowed over grass verges or pavements where they exist. 
Right Turns Turns are generally left handed and runners will be required to stay on the LHS of the roads which will not be closed to traffic.
