Terrain Flat to gently undulating 
Surface Airport and industrial estate access roads, country lanes, farm track anf finish on footway. The short section of farm track is unmade gravel and is 0.184miles long and is used twice. 
Configuration Start is out and back, followed by 2 anti clockwise loops 
Section of Road Runners to keep to nearside of carriageway except for short distances as told by marshalls. 
Right Turns Runners to go round bollard or marshall to keep them to the left hand side of white lines.
