Terrain Mainly flat with one steep up hill of 50m amd one uphill of 30m 
Surface Footpaths & road with start/finish of footpath next to the grass in the park and the Childrens play area and car park. 
Configuration The start is in the Park using footpaths then turning onto the road. It is a twisting single loop course with Start and Finish at the same point. 195m out & back + 14 anti-clockwise laps of 3k. 
Section of Road Full width of the foot path and road for most parts of the route with some sections Left hand sides of road only. 
Right Turns  
Comments Marshalls and warning signs are needed on all blind bends, particularly in the park entrance area.
