Surface The race is run entriely on tarmac roads. 
Configuration The route is largely anti-clockwise with the finish on a road parallel to the start. 
Section of Road The race is run on closed roads but runners will only be able to use up to the central white line. In parts the roads are small country lanes with no white line and runners will need to be instructed not to run on the right hand side of the road otherwis 
Right Turns All right hand turns are to be turned such that runners spend the least distance crossing the right hand carriageway i.e a 90 degree turns.
