Surface The course is run on tarmac pavements with a stretch on a solid but unmade paths. 
Configuration Out to 3/4 of an anti-clockwise loop and then back through a nature reserve to the Start/Finish. 
Section of Road l paths have the full width available apart from the start/finish section whererunners must start on the left hand side of the path in the direction of the raceand return on the opposite side of the path. 
Right Turns None 
Comments There are no restrictions but runners must stay on the pavements at all times and not run through bus stop zones or run on the road apart from when crossing road junctions.
